Dr. Arthur Isakov grew up in Queens, New York. He attended Queens College where he attained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He then went on to New York University College of Dentistry where he received his degree in dentistry.
Further enhancing his dental education and clinical experience he completed a year long residency program at New York Hospital Queens (currently New York-Presbyterian Queens). There he obtained extensive training in oral surgery. He became proficient in surgical extractions, removing impacted wisdom teeth, molar endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, implant surgical placement and prosthetic restorations. He also became equipped in managing various dental emergencies as well as training in restorative dentistry.
